At Luxury Dubai Chocolate, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a clear and fair return and refund process in accordance with Google Merchant Center requirements and consumer protection standards.

Return Eligibility

You may return eligible items within 15 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

  • The product must remain in the same condition in which it was delivered.

  • Perishable products (including chocolate) cannot be returned once opened for safety reasons.

  • Any items that are damaged due to improper storage after delivery are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened, partially consumed, or tampered food items

  • Customized gift items (if applicable)

  • Items not in their original packaging

  • Items returned after the return window has passed

Do not send products back without contacting us first.
We will provide you with return instructions and a Return Authorization (RA) number.

Refund Process

At Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days, back to your original payment method.

Please note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect item).

  • If the item is not returned in its original condition, we may offer a partial refund or decline the refund.

Exchanges.
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different item, please request a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, melted, or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the product

  • A description of the issue

We will replace or refund the item at no extra cost.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after the processing window:

  1. Check your bank or credit card account again

  2. Contact your bank or card provider
