Shipping Policy

At Luxury Dubai Chocolate, we work hard to ensure your chocolates are delivered quickly, safely, and in perfect condition. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Orders placed after 2 PM will be processed on the next business day.

  • During high-volume periods (holidays, promotions), processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options:

Domestic Shipping within USA

  • Standard Shipping: 4-7 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1-3 business days

International Shipping

We ship to all countries worldwide. Delivery times vary by destination:

  • Standard International: 10-15 business days

  • Express International: 5-7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and begin once the package has been shipped.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination country

  • Shipping method selected

  • Total order weight

We may offer free shipping for orders above 3000$

Warm-Weather Shipping (Important for Chocolate)

Because chocolate is sensitive to heat, we take special precautions to preserve quality during transit:

  • Thermal packaging or ice packs may be used during warmer months.

  • Express shipping may be required for certain hot destinations to prevent melting.

  • We are not responsible for packages left outside or in unprotected locations after delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing:

  • Tracking number

  • Link to track your package

  • Estimated delivery date

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address is correct.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:

  • Delivery may be delayed

  • You may be responsible for reshipment fees

If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your cost.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

For international orders:

  • Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes.

  • We cannot predict or control these charges.

  • Customs clearance may cause delivery delays.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Lost or Missing Packages

If your order shows as delivered but you cannot locate it:

  1. Check around your property

  2. Confirm with neighbors or building staff

  3. Contact the carrier

  4. If still unresolved, contact us

Damaged or Melted Items

If your chocolates arrive melted or damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include your order number and photos

We will review the situation and provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.
